York Barn is located at our signature property, Villa Farm, which is the home of 13 rustic cottages and 15 acres of private grounds. Villa Farm sleeps a total of 113 guests and it is the largest complex within our portfolio.

Approximately 15 minutes away from Villa Farm, we have our second largest complex, Murton Grange. 

Onsite we have 9 cottages, sleeping a combined capacity of 74 guests. There are also 5 acres of private grounds,

plus local access to public bridleways. 

 

All of our properties are dog and child-friendly.
